Here’s how the process works:
- Request a Consultation: Call or fill out the form below to initiate the moving process. During our initial over-the-phone consultation, our team gets a feel for the scope of your moving needs.
- Perform a Walkthrough with an On-Site Moving Estimator: We’ll assign you a moving coordinator to manage every detail of your move and to serve as your single point of contact for all your moving-related questions and concerns. This coordinator will perform an on-site walkthrough to determine the best strategy for tackling your move and provide you with a personalized moving quote.
- Move on Your Schedule: Our team will work around your schedule, typically after hours or over the weekend to execute the move. Moving on your schedule reduces your downtime and impact of the move to your business. We’ll provide your team with moving boxes and bins to pack up their desks prior to the move. Alternatively, our movers can handle the packing process. On moving day, we’ll make sure each bin is labeled and numbered, so it makes it to the correct cubicle or office in your new space. Working alongside the moving coordinator, the moving crew also disassembles desks, cubicles, and other office furniture, being sure to label items and keep small pieces and parts contained. At the new building, we’ll unload and reassemble all cubicles and furniture and distribute moving bins according to the moving plan.
